The Low Alcohol/No Alcohol Program is based on the most current research on alcohol in the disciplines of psychology and neurology; it examines the influence that alcohol has on our culture and society and how this influences your perception of alcohol. It focuses on the roles of the conscious and unconscious mind in alcohol addiction, suggesting that a person’s unconscious mind has been subjected to a lifetime of conditioning about the “benefits” of alcohol.

The program uses Liminal Thinking – a new approach that focuses on understanding how we build and change our beliefs to help you gain a healthy mindset about alcohol. Through the Liminal Points, we will walk through many of the general assumptions we have about alcohol:

  • “Alcohol reduces my stress and boredom.”
  • “Drinking alcohol is a pleasure.”
  • “I need to drink socially to fit in”
  • “In moderation alcohol has health benefits.”

And then go through a deconstruction process about them and reveal the invalidity of those beliefs and what is really true about alcohol. Once you’ve worked through these myths and absorbed the new truths, you won’t want to drink anymore. This is truly possible!

Instead of teaching you how to be sober and rely on will-power alone or the believe that you are a victim and reliant on alcohol forever – The Low Alcohol/No Alcohol will help you to not want to drink and your desire to drink will be eliminated, so you won’t feel that you are missing out on anything.
